A renowned critical access hospital in Wyoming is seeking an enthusiastic and productive Clinic Practice Director to join their team.

As a member of this hospital's Senior Leadership Team, the Clinic Practice Director reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. The Clinic Practice Director is responsible for successfully leading the operations of the medical practices involving clinic sites and services which involve multiple disciplines (specialty and family practice).

The Clinic Practice Director provides support to meet patient needs and financial objectives of the Clinics and works to ensure all Federal, State and local regulatory requirements are met. The Clinic Practice Director is responsible for implementing working knowledge of various department functions and collaborating with other department leaders to optimize clinic processes and operation. This will include promoting harmonious relationships among medical staff, ancillary staff, patients, and the public. Position will require travel between clinic locations as necessary.

The ideal Clinic Practice Director will have a Bachelor's in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or similar education in healthcare field. They will also ideally have 3 years of leadership experience in the administration of clinical practices.
