Performs initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for placement. Being a Physician Recruiter requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Physician Recruiter typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Responsibilities- Screen resumes and applications in Pathways Applicant Tracking System (Paycor) before sending all qualified candidates to managers for interviewing
- Posting open positions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
- Update online job posting requirements when needed
- Seek alternative and creative methods of reaching candidates
- Setup phone and in-person interviews for hiring managers
- Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview
- Work with the team to propose offers to final candidates
- Send offer letters and register new hires for electronic onboarding
- Work with management to schedule and facilitate orientations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel (preferred)
- Ability to work remote with computers and the necessary software applications used by the department
- Excellent computer and software skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
