We are seeking a qualified Executive Recruiter to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This individualwill use their knowledge and expertiseto ensure lasting and successful placements while growing a strong talent pipeline.

This role is administrative role and a full-time position.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding and experience with branding and recruitment processes and strategies
• Proven work experience and knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
• Knowledge and proficiency of human resources information systems and tools
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and candidate databases
• Effective negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated and directed with effective time management and analytical skills
• Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years human resources/recruiting experience
• Advanced degree in Human Resources or related fields from an accredited institution
