To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
