```Duties```
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring smooth operations within the department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assisting with employee orientation and training programs.
- Assisting with employee relations issues and providing support to employees.
- Assisting with performance management processes, including employee evaluations.
- Managing social media platforms to promote company culture and job openings.
- Assisting with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates and conducting cold calls for potential leads.

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar HR role or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
