We are currently seeking a motivated licensed Salon Recruiter to join our team. Lead the recruitment efforts for our 25 salons, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in person, to assess candidates' fit. Represent Tambry at recruitment events and engage with potential candidates to promote our brand and opportunities. Collaborate with salon managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Cosmetology or barbering license required. Previous experience in recruitment desired.
