Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Anacortes, WA – Fully Onsite

Length: Contract to hire

 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Anacortes, WA. This role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee. We are looking for candidates that have previous experience providing office support and have worked in an office environment.

Responsibilities:

· Perform data entry

· Manage office supplies and general inventory

· Coordinate with management for repairs or maintenance orders

· Handle incoming calls and emails

· Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

· Manage travel arrangement and accommodations for staff

· Provide administrative support to leadership and colleagues

· Assist with new hire onboarding

· Coordinate employee events and activities

· Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management

 

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· High school diploma or equivalent

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
