Your Role:

• Determine recruitment needs of the company through collaboration and consultation with management.
• Write and post job advertisements on various job boards.
• Work with representatives of various job boards to increase traffic to job postings (i.e. sponsor and boost views for job ads).
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates to progress them through recruitment process.
• Maintain hiring stages of all candidates for each requisition.
• Create and deploy conditional offers of employment, pay plans, and job descriptions.
• Initiate and follow up on background screening process.
• Support on-boarding process and training of new employees.
• Implement company culture, values and policies.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents.
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
• Accurately maintain employee files.
• Provide general support to the HR Director as needed for the success of the department.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
• Strong ability in using MS Office.
• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work with ATS software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Bilingual Bonus: While not required, fluency in Spanish is preferred.
