    Primary Responsibilities

    • Main role is provider life cycle management with status tracking monthly.
    • Tracks completion of DOT, DEA, Care Learning, ACLS/BLS and Provider Work Queues
    • Tracks physicians on regional physician completion of mid-level chart reviews as well as theirs
    • Supervise all providers in all regions.
    • Monthly 1-on-1 with CMO to review scorecard and checklist.
    • Monthly travel to one region
    • Backfill other RMD as needed.
    • Resignation/ Absence
    • Acquisitions/ DiNovo's
    • Backfill along, with the VP of Clinical Services, the CMO in their absence.
    • Work with Sr. DCS’s in region
    • Regular meetings with Sr. DCS’s in region to review provider scorecard and checklist.
    • Coach/assist with provider discipline
    • Coordinate with CMO and VP of Clinical Services on provider issues
    • Provides input CMO to compile CMO Quarterly Newsletter
    • Serves on the Provider Credentialing Committee
    • Distribute Welcome Letter for each new provider after hire.
    • Develop Provider Resignation Policy
    • Track providers as they resign from the company to ensure full compliance.
    • Serves on the Peer Review Committee
    • Tracks all peer reviews via dashboard.
    • Monthly meeting to review all peer reviews with Sr. DCS, VPCS, and CMO to ensure complete follow up and closure.
    • Provides input to Sr. DCS with Organizing and delivering monthly New Provider Orientation (all regions)
    • Works with Sr. DCS with Organizing and delivering New Provider Training Courses (all regions)
    • Assist Sr. DCS with Organizing Provider Retention Award Delivery
    • CMO award, CRH Memory Maker Award, Provider of the Year
    • Will obtain medical licenses in all regions if other states are included.
    • Assist CMO with high-level physicians’ issues.

    • Works with CMO and VP of Clinical Services on all clinical policy creation

    Categorical Description

    • Onboarding: Responsible to ensure a smooth and thorough onboarding process for all medical doctors. This includes proper training and ability to observe in practice, support with paper worked required to start, and review of charts to ensure high clinical standards.
    • Job Training: Overseeing regional providers in conjunction with DCS with PV/EMR training with newly hired providers, ranging from 2‐4 days of training and oversight.
    • Recruitment: Responsible to support recruiting process of high-quality candidates to fill provider vacancies.
    • Interviewing: Final interview of midlevel / MD candidates, preferably in‐person at clinic or via video conference, after initial screening done by regional medical leadership.
    • OccHealth: Partner with the VP/Director of OccHealth to meet the most promising/largest clients at site.
    • Quality Leadership Training: Whether as a part of 30, 60 or 90‐day onboarding or thereafter, ensure training is kept up to date and complete for all providers.
    • Information Sharing: Support the CMO in managing processes and ensuring compliance, particularly for the providers. Provide input and share with team information around existing or new policies, procedures, and equipment as needed.
    • Chart Review: Oversees medical leadership as they Conduct audits of charts for new physician in first 2‐4 weeks. Conduct a random sampling of all providers in your region.
    • Quality Control: Ensure that all clinical concerns or issues are being followed up, in coordination with supervising physicians and DCS. Assists in any corrective action plans for a physician and support the DCS in their supervision of the mid-levels. Provide radiology oversight with the DCS on labs and controls on monthly basis.
    • Provider Management: Supervise the providers in your region, specifically providing support where needed and providing feedback on a regular basis. Help with scheduling as a last-minute resort after all other resources are exhausted.
    • Supervision: Oversee all physicians and the DCSs in your region. Touch base with DCSs at least weekly. Conduct semi and/or annual reviews in coordination with the CMO. Support the Sr, DCS who will oversee provide scorecards, when implemented and rolled‐out, to ensure satisfactory service.
    • Patient Issues: Address patient complaints related to providers and serve a resource.
    • to the DCS / Director of Operations.
    • Handling Patient Complaints: Support Sr. DCS and DCS as needed. Address more complex issues or oversight of physician cases that are questions about standard of care. All complaints related to Emory patients should be reviewed/addressed in conjunction with VP Clinical services and CMO.
    • Administrative: Participate in team meetings and serve as general resource to region's administrative leaders, including Director of Operations and Clinical Champions. Required that all Medical Directors are DOT certified and provide support to others where possible.
    • Administrative Support: Participate in a monthly meeting with the CMO, other Regional Medical Director, and DCS. May be invited to attend monthly Practice Velocity update calls. Support the Director of Operations and Clinical Champion where needed to ensure provider and clinical success in the region. This may include assisting the Director, Clinical Champion, or permanent system scheduler with monthly provider scheduling, among other things. Draft/oversee with DCS in creation of outstanding policies and procedures, with CMO giving final approval.
    • Clinic Ownership: Participate in clinic ownership in states where corporate practice of medicine is required.
