The Department of Emergency Medicine is currently recruiting an Ultrasound Director to serve as core faculty to lead in the development and implementation of the curriculum, instructional methodologies, and evaluation of ultrasound clinical and didactic education provided to residents. Qualified candidates must be BC/BP EM (ABEM/AOBEM) with completion of Ultrasound Fellowship. The right candidate will be provided support and protected time for their leadership role. Ocala Health is the primary clinical site for graduate medical education in Ocala, FL, sponsored in collaboration with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). Residencies programs in: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery and Internal Medicine. Each program is uniquely designed to train residents to their full potential to practice medicine.
