Director of Marketing and Public Relations – Senior Living

Role Overview:

As a Marketing and PR Director at Stellar Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our marketing and public relations efforts across four key areas:

1. Senior Living and Skilled Nursing Operations. Strategically promote and communicate our senior living and skilled nursing services.
2. Stellar Employment & Recruiting Efforts. Drive initiatives to attract top-tier talent and position Stellar as an employer of choice.
3. Stellar Senior Living as a Community Development Partner and Operator. Represent Stellar Senior Living as a dynamic developer of senior living communities and property management company.
4. Stellar Living Foundation. Develop and implement marketing initiatives for the Stellar Living Foundation, our avenue for giving back to both residents and employees.

Responsibilities:

Public Relations:

• Provide expert guidance to Stellar leadership on all PR matters.
• Strategically plan and manage content calendars for news releases and articles to promote Stellar.
• Craft compelling press releases and promotions for new property developments and construction projects.

Marketing:

• Take ownership of the Stellar brand and ensure adherence to brand standards for consistent messaging, design, and presentation.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce impactful advertisements, logos, video content, print collateral, and other marketing materials.
• Lead and manage all Stellar marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
• Train and develop community teams on marketing campaigns and collateral.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Senior Living, hospitality or multifamily is a must.
• Proven experience owning a company brand and leading marketing campaigns in a large organization with multisite operations.
• Strong marketing project management skills, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Experience working directly with executives of operations, sales and investment partners.
