Physician Residency Coordinator oversees the administration and scheduling of the physician residency program of a healthcare organization. Coordinates and facilitates the activities of the physician residents and provides the resources necessary to fulfill curriculum requirements. Being a Physician Residency Coordinator ensures physician activities comply with governing bodies such as the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or other applicable regulations. Supports the recruitment and selection process of resident physicians. Additionally, Physician Residency Coordinator administers and maintains a system or database to manage schedules and physician performance metrics. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Physician Residency Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The JOB We are looking for a highly organized, experienced, self-motivated individual with dynamic interpersonal skills! This individual will support the Live Nation Las Vegas residency team. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Promoter Representative at all assigned residency shows Manage show settlements for high volume of shows (clubs, theaters, arenas) Communicate & Coordinate between artist, booker and accounting team on all financial related items as related to respective show settlements Oversee administration of artist contracts including payment schedules and deliverables Assist in handling financial arrangements (show deposits, settlements, tracking expenditures and budgets) for events Track all show expenses from production manager, vendors, building and promoters Manage accounts payable for respective show expenses Manage and maintain organization of all event show folders including offers, contracts, settlements (venue & artist) certificates of insurance, and pertinent correspondence.
