    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Clean and prepare examination rooms prior to patient appointments
    • Perform chart review for upcoming appointments to ensure that labs and other reports have been received
    • Take Vital Signs
    • Triage Patients
    • Performing detailed review of medications and medical history
    • Returning patient calls & portal messages
    • Communicate lab results and radiology reports to patients
    • Refill medications
    • Assist with scheduling procedures
    • Assist with maintaining patient flow to ensure patients are seen timely and efficiently
    • Other clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the practice

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a primary care setting or specialty office
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Consistent punctuality and dependability
    • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Medical Assistant Certification
    • BLS Certification

    Hourly Rate: $18 to $25 depending upon experience

    Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4pm. We are closed on Fridays and weekends.
