Being a Physician - Sports Medicine monitors patient during sport events or physical activity and performs tests and prescribes medication and treatment, as necessary. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Sports Medicine requires a MD degree from an accredited school. We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to work with our Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Elrashidy. Physician Assistants at our practice work in a care team one on one with a surgeon. This role will predominantly involve sports medicine, arthroscopy, shoulder and knee surgery, and OrthoBiologics such as stem cell and PRP injections.
Job Duties Include:
