Responsibilities:

• Email Management: Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-ups.
• Schedule Maintenance: Assist in managing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings, coordinating with team members and external stakeholders as needed.
• Video Work: Perform various video-related tasks throughout the day, including recording, editing, and uploading content for internal and external use.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate and schedule lunches, meetings, and networking events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication with participants.
• Networking Opportunities: Proactively identify and organize networking opportunities for the team, including conferences, seminars, and industry events.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Operate video equipment and software proficiently, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist team members with related tasks.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and updated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
