Physician - Urology examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the genitourinary tract and organs. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Being a Physician - Urology recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Urology requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Urology's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. MA needed for busy urology clinic. Must have a minimum of 2 years urology experience working in a clinical setting as a MEDICAL ASSISTANT. Extensive expertise in using EMR required. Must possess the ability to work well with co-workers and, most importantly, patients. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, assessing vital signs, urine specimens, complete work-up of patients, IM medication injections, assisting with procedures, processing orders, documenting completely in EMR, etc. Full-time position M-F with benefits offered.
