Bellingham Urology Group is a leading healthcare provider in Bellingham, WA, offering comprehensive urological services to our patients. We are seeking an experienced ASC Manager to join our team and lead our ambulatory surgery center.

Job Description:

As the ASC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center, ensuring efficient and safe patient care. You'll coordinate with medical staff, manage resources, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the ASC to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care
• Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Manage patient complaints and concerns professionally and courteously

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Previous experience in a managerial role in a healthcare setting, ideally in an ambulatory surgery center
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical terminologies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour
