We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate for our office located in Rock Hill, SC.

**Pay is negotiable based on experience**

Job Responsibilities:

• Check-in and Check-out, to include verification of demographic and insurance information
• Collection of co-pays and deductibles, if necessary
• Scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments
• Insurance Authorizations
• Radiology / Surgery scheduling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous medical office experience is preferred
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, staff members and Physicians
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
