St. Luke's Magic Valley is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join our collegial and dedicated team in Twin Falls, ID. Our multi-disciplinary group consists of three board certified urologists focused on providing exceptional, evidence based patient care. Our team offers full spectrum and comprehensive urologic care for adult and pediatric patients, including treatment of conditions like urinary tract infections; prostate, bladder, and kidney cancer; kidney, bladder, and ureteral stones; erectile dysfunction; incontinence; and more. We work in close partnership with medical, radiation, and surgical oncologists at St. Luke’s MSTI to care for patients with urological cancers. We also offer procedures such as circumcision, vasectomy, and ureteroscopy. Care consists of 60% outpatient 40% inpatient mix in state of the art hospital and clinic space that includes 2 patient procedure rooms and ten exam rooms. Clinic supported by five medical assistants, four front desk staff and an office manager. Enjoy a largely productivity based compensation model (based on wRVU's) and top quartile compensation to include guaranteed base compensation, quality, value and performance opportunities and generous compensation for providing excess call coverage. We are the only urology clinic in Southern Idaho and currently serve a catchment area of 220,000.
