As a Physicist here at the Lennar Foundation Cancer Center, your responsibilities will include performing various tasks related to dosimetry, calibration, treatment planning, protection, and safety within the field of radiation therapy. This role involves directing CT simulation, overseeing the transfer of studies to the treatment planning system, contouring structures, calculating doses, determining and verifying machine settings, and ensuring accurate data transfer to the record and verify system. Additionally, the Physicist collaborates with the Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Departments, conducting radiation protection surveys and participating in performance evaluations.
