Our Employee-Owned company has immediate full-time openings for a Pipefitter in the Southeast. This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal businesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions are regular, full-time and benefits eligible. Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.
Job Duties:
Installs, bends, cuts, threads, and cuts off piping and shapes and fabricates pipe to particular requirements for the job.
Starts and shuts down equipment in line with company safety procedures for machinery under power, and OSHA requirements.
Connects pipe, fittings and secure piping to structure where necessary. Minimum requirements of 100% productivity to meet industry average and expected superior performance goal of 110% productivity.
Satisfy our customers to provide for repeat sales and favorable recommendations.
Notify supervisor of potentially dangerous piping systems and corrective actions necessary to bring them within specifications.
Remain in close communication with project managers to ensure all facets of the project are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Requirements:
Completion of a Department of Labor Registered Pipefitter or Sprinklerfitter Apprenticeship program (preferred)
Completion of three-year in-house apprenticeship program (must show proof of satisfactory completion).
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable.
Be highly customer-service oriented.
Prior experience in the fire protection industry and construction field preferred.
Ability to think independently, conceptually and apply practical solutions.
Capabilities to self-start, display solid work ethic, and aspire to move ahead.
Ability to maintain a high degree of attention and care required to prevent injury to self and others when installing or repairing high pressure steam vessels and piping.
Be willing and capable of completing personal development. Desire to learn & grow personally and professionally.
Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves moderate manual labor in outdoor environments.
Ability to accurately multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain workloads that may include interstate and intrastate travel and daily timeframes that could exceed typical business hours .
Field environment requires ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., crawl, bend, use hands and arms to handle and reach.Travel to various jobsites is essential, exposing employee to outdoor elements, noise, & the need to stand and walk.
Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation is also required.
Perform heavy maintenance work which involves climbing, stooping, and bending.
