MAINTENANCE MANAGERTOWANDA (PA), USARESPONSIBILITIESAs a Maintenance Manager, you have to supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations and ensure maintenance safety codes and company standards are maintained.
- Supervision of personnel on multiple shifts and/or across several areas of the division including planning the daily work activities of the group with the assistance of the maintenance planners and supervisors
- Inspects ongoing and completed maintenance activities and projects performed by staff and private contractors
- Schedules repairs, downtime, and preventive maintenance of the equipment within the plant as well as g ather and analyze pertinent maintenance data in order to minimize downtime and repair costs
- Responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Trainee program for new maintenance personnel in safe and proper work practices
- Assists in the implementation and maintenance of the Process Safety Management (PSM) program
REQUIREMENTS- High School Diploma and/or Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline with 10-12 years of related maintenance experience
- Proficient in the use of various software programs such as MS Office Applications and UltiPro as well as in the reading of blue prints, technical manuals, and charts & graphs
- Experience with conflict management, and disciplinary procedures and execution
- Strong ability to interface with varied group of internal and external customers
- Experience with PSM, Preventive/Predictive/Reliability Maintenance, and SAP Maintenance programs a plus
