Pipeline Maintenance Manager oversees the repair and maintenance of pipelines. Verifies pipeline safety. Being a Pipeline Maintenance Manager schedules repairs and maintenance. Additionally, Pipeline Maintenance Manager develops safety procedures for pipeline maintenance and ensures workers are trained and in compliance. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Pipeline Maintenance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Pipeline Maintenance Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Irrigation Maintenance Technician Supervisor. This position would be responsible for installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of underground sprinkler systems.
This position requires knowledge of underground sprinkler systems. This job requires physical abilities such as physical strength, manual dexterity, and wrist-finger movement in order to perform the essential functions of the position.
The irrigation technician performs detailed monthly irrigation inspections, notes deficiencies and makes approved repairs as needed. Troubleshooting, irrigation system retrofits knowledge is required.

Qualifications
- Possess a valid Florida driver’s license is required
- High School diploma /GED
- Experience as an irrigation technician for 2-5 years
- 2 forms of ID required
- Able to communicate in English both spoken and written
- Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions if it’s safe
Duties and Responsibilities
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Conduct scheduled monthly irrigation inspections
- Ability to troubleshoot wiring issues
- Ability to upgrade existing irrigation systems
- Ability to install new irrigation systems
- Complete paperwork in an orderly and timely manner
- Maintain vehicle and equipment clean and in good working order
- Communicate with managers daily before and after the job completion
- Work independently or on a team as required
This is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with experience.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
