*Ordering monthly supplies
*Quality Control
*Setting up/Taking things down for special events
*Welcoming all residents at the facilities with a smile, warm greeting
*Keeping the main entrance area tidy and organized, creating a positive first impression for all visitors
*Directing visitors to the appropriate room they are seeking
*Handling any challenges and issues promptly and professionally
*Providing support for Housekeepers/Custodians
*Scheduling and Managing sub-contractors
