The Field Operations Manager will have at least 1-3 years of experience and knowledge within the cannabis industry; Will collaborate closely with the CEO to oversee and synchronize field operations, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of projects. This role demands adept leadership, seamless coordination, and strict adherence to safety and quality benchmarks. Supervising a team of approximately 50 personnel, inclusive of both W2 Employees and around 25% 1099 contractors handling on-call or administrative functions across both divisions of S.D.I LLC.

· Ensure projects adhere to timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints.
· Collaborate with project managers for seamless alignment with overall project objectives.
3. Quality Assurance:
· Uphold and monitor quality standards across field operations.
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with established quality benchmarks.
· Implement corrective measures for any deviations from these standards.
4. Safety Oversight:
· Enforce and endorse safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment.
· Conduct safety training sessions and drills for field staff.
· Investigate incidents, taking proactive measures to prevent reoccurrence.
5. Client Liaison:
· Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding field operations.
· Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
· Ensure timely project updates to maintain client satisfaction.
6. Resource Management:
· Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
· Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics for timely resupply.
7. Reporting:
· Compile and submit regular reports on field activities, project status, and key performance metrics.
· Offer insights and suggestions for process enhancement.
