    Looking for a Pipeline Integrity Project Manager with 8 years of DOT 192/195 pipeline integrity project management experience. Perform activities necessary to manage the development and execution of integrity assessments utilizing both In-line and off-line testing methods on a broad range of Liquid & Natural gas facility projects, including high-pressure transmission and gathering pipeline.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Coordinates, implements, and executes the pipeline integrity management plan
    • Define and prepare project estimates, Scopes of Work, Work Offers
    • Communicate the status of developmental activities to business sponsors using written and verbal communications
    • Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism, including but not limited to departments such as Right of Way, Operations, Gas Control, Commercial, Facility Planning, EH&S & GIS
    • Create and direct the project scope  for company personnel and third-party contractors to carry out the cleaning, inline inspection tool runs, and testing of assigned projects
    • Manage projects in a manner that assures safety, reliability, environmental and human impacts are mitigated while meeting the project goals (including but not limited to Schedule, Budget, Safety, and overall Quality)
    • Review assessment data while complying with but not limited to integrity management plans, state and federal regulations and requirements
    • Work with but not limited to Integrity Engineers, Operations, Construction, Gas Control, Corrosion Control and Right of Way to excavate, inspect and repair targeted dig locations for ILI validation and defect repairs
    • Provide or direct the appropriate level of project documentation during the project and following completion to assure compliance with Corporate, Federal, State, and other governing bodies policies
    • Prepare and deliver presentations/reports that communicate project proposals, descriptions, and status updates to upper management, project sponsors.
    • Provide accurate monthly project financial reports included but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, Work offers, invoice approvals, and actuals tracking
    • Ensure ongoing improvement through evaluation of current processes
    • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and high level of performance
    • Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
    • Travel is required and anticipated as up to 40 to 50 percent across a broad geographic region in mainly Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee and occasionally to other locations where the Company has pipelines including all of the Gulf Coast States.

    • Education: High School education and experience in related field or experience, knowledge, skills & abilities in pipeline integrity and related work
    • Minimum of 8 years of direct work experience in operations, pipeline integrity or managing natural gas facility and pipeline projects.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite general products
    • Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes
    • Ability to organize and prioritize daily work, including tracking and managing large projects, and see projects to completion while maintaining strict confidentiality (as necessary).
    • Must be able to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and work with minimal direct supervision
    • Experience in developing, implementing and successfully managing operating budgets
    • Ability to work with a team, take directions from supervisor(s), a high degree of attention to details, follow work rules, prioritize work schedule and adhere to established work schedules
    • The requirement to carry a company-provided cell phone and be available to respond during working and non-working hours.
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to company and its insurer.
    • Effectively prioritize workload between several projects, including the ability to take on new projects and shift priorities on short notice.

    2. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. 

    3. Travel required, including occasional overnight travel.

    4 .Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
