We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with safety protocols

- Manage project budgeting, cost control, and change order processes
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of any changes or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and other legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, Prolog)
- Familiarity with project coordination tools (e.g., HeavyBid)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage teams
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts
