As a Construction Scheduler, your responsibility will be to schedule construction job activities in a cost-effective and efficient manner, ensuring maximum job profitability while adhering to company policies and procedures.

 Essential Duties/Responsibilities of the Scheduler:

• Schedule jobs with builders/homeowners and project managers for jobs to meet time frames requested.
• Receive new orders, accept, create selection sheets, order materials, schedule an y repair/new project/ fabrication/install and work order dates and assign to appropriate parties.
• Ensure POs are being received/ checked.
• Work closely with each department to ensure all jobs are meeting and exceeding expectations 
• Communicate with the team or Supervisor on jobs for detailed job progression and ongoing costs.
• Verify and order materials.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications of the Scheduler:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Detail Oriented.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to identify variances from the norm. 
• Ability to calculate multiples of units of measure and convert units of measure.
• Ability to be personable in customer interaction scenarios.
• Excellent problem solving follow up and attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Ability to analyze technical data.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
• Current knowledge of product installation.
• Accurate data entry/keyboarding skills.
• Proficient in computer spreadsheet programs, e-mail, Word programs and learning company computer programs.
