Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a Scheduler at our Lehigh Valley location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs.

Responsibilities :

• Match clients with caregivers based on availability, skill level, and compatibility
• Maintain knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations for home care services
• Keep schedule current and up to date at any given time
• Enter information into scheduling software
• Answer office phone
• Assist office staff as needed
• Support recruitment and hiring process as needed
• Fill in for caregivers when there is no one else available
• On-call responsibilities
• Other duties as required

Qualifications :

• Ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• 1 years Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar experience
• Ability to pass all background screening
• Ability to fill in for the caregiver under some circumstances (must meet requirements to do so)
