Pipelines Director directs the daily operational aspects of natural gas and crude oil pipeline. Participates in strategic development of pipelines and responsible for creating budget guidelines. Being a Pipelines Director ensures that the regulations, industry standards, production targets, and quality standards are met. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Pipelines Director typically reports to top management. The Pipelines Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Pipelines Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     We are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Center Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of our child care center and ensure that local, state, and federal child care requirements are met. The Center Director’s responsibilities include giving tours to parents looking into suitable child care options, instituting disciplinary measures to address poor staff performance, and addressing parent complaints. You should also ensure that the center's facilities are clean and well-maintained.

    To be successful as a Center Director, you should be passionate about early childhood education and have strong leadership skills. Ultimately, an exceptional Center Director should be knowledgeable of child care laws, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.


    Responsibilities 



    1. Ensuring that the center's facilities meet local, state, and federal safety requirements.
    2. Collaborating with the center staff to develop an educational curriculum that is compliant with local, state, and federal requirements.
    3. Screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable employees.
    4. Providing orientation to new employees, observing their teaching techniques, and providing opportunities for professional development.
    5. Managing the center's finances by establishing budgets, settling accounts, and keeping track of tuition and fees owed to the center.
    6. Setting up meetings with parents to address behavioral/educational concerns, including parent teacher conferences.
    7. Ensuring that the center is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
    8. Establishing and implementing a marketing plan to attract prospective clients.


    Requirements:


    1. Child Development Associate (CDA) certification.
    2. Appropriate state licensure.
    3. CPR and first aid certifications.
    4. Proven experience working as a Center Director.
    5. Sound knowledge of local, state, and federal child care legislation.
    6. Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
    7. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    8. Effective communication skills.
    9. Detail-oriented.
