Pipelines Manager manages day-to-day operational aspects of natural gas and/or crude oil pipeline. Plans and develops enhancements of pipelines to troubleshoot pipeline problems. Being a Pipelines Manager ensures that the department's objectives meet the regulations, industry standards, production targets, and quality standards. Determines expenses for pipeline system usage. Additionally, Pipelines Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Pipelines Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Pipelines Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Responsibilities:
    - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
    - Schedule appointments and manage calendars
    - Maintain office filing systems and organize documents
    - Assist with event planning and coordination
    - Provide excellent customer service to patients or clients
    - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

    Experience:
    - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
    - Knowledge of medical terminology for medical receptionist positions
    - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
    - Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
    - Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively
    - Familiarity with dental office procedures for dental receptionist positions
    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
