Pipelines Manager manages day-to-day operational aspects of natural gas and/or crude oil pipeline. Plans and develops enhancements of pipelines to troubleshoot pipeline problems. Being a Pipelines Manager ensures that the department's objectives meet the regulations, industry standards, production targets, and quality standards. Determines expenses for pipeline system usage. Additionally, Pipelines Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Pipelines Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Pipelines Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. **Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and possess knowledge of loan processing procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Verify applicant information, including employment and financial data

**Qualifications:**

- Knowledge of escrow, underwriting, and credit analysis
- Familiarity with loan origination systems and basic math skills
- Understanding of mortgage servicing practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with loan officers and other team members
