Qualifications:
Must have six months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and cannot have more than 2 in a 12 months period
No more than 2 DOT Preventable accidents in the last three years but may NOT have rollover, jack-knife or rear end in last three years. May not have with a serious moving violation such as leaving the scene or committing a felony
