This position exists to assist members with their loan applications, including processing and making loan disbursements; and to assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments.

Duties include inputting/updating member loan applications in Lender Advantage system; organizing and completing member loan files; producing loan documents, reports, and new accounts in a timely fashion. Other duties include helping ACU members with their financial transactions, including posting transactions to member accounts, depositing and withdrawing, transferring amounts from member accounts, and closing accounts.

Proficiency in the use of a personal computer to include MS Word, Excel, and ability to use web and web-based applications; proficiency in the use of a 10-key calculator; ability to count cash; basic keyboarding; basic understanding of governmental regulations for financial institutions preferred; good oral and written communication skills, professional presentation, and good organizational skills.

Other required skills include the ability to describe and sell appropriate products and services to members; self-motivation to complete job tasks to the best of personal ability; eagerness to learn new information in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to apply new information as appropriate
