Job Summary: One3 Design is known for its to high quality and innovative product design and fabrication. We are currently seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate metal components and structures according to required standards.

• Conduct cutting, shaping, and fitting of metal parts using appropriate tools and equipment.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of work by conducting regular inspections and tests on fabricated assemblies.

• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and improve fabrication processes.

• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and repairs.

• Adhere strictly to safety standards and regulations in all operations.

• Keep a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• 3-5 years of fabrication experience • Proficiency in blueprint reading, technical drawings, and measurement tools.

• Strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a workshop environment.

• Ability to work alone and with others.

Skills:

• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately fabricate parts and assemblies.

• Metal Preparation and Fabrication: Skilled in preparing metal surfaces, cutting, shaping, and fitting metal components using various tools and machinery.

• Measurement and Calculation: Accurate measurement and calculation skills to ensure proper alignment and precision in fabrication.

• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures, practices, and protocols associated with fabrication to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.

• Quality Control: Ability to perform quality checks and inspections to ensure the fabricated work meets industry standards and project specifications.

• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail are critical in fabrication to ensure the accuracy and quality of the final product.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and finding solutions when faced with fabrication challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
