Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with dentists and specialists to create personalized treatment plans for patients based on their needs and goals.
• Communicate treatment options, procedures, and associated costs clearly and effectively to patients.
• Address patient questions and concerns regarding treatment plans, financing options, and insurance coverage.
• Coordinate scheduling of appointments for recommended treatments and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatment plans and financial arrangements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive patient experience throughout their dental journey.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental setting, with a strong background in treatment planning and patient coordination.
• Proficiency in dental terminology, procedures, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with dental software systems (Dentrix) preferred.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate care and building lasting relationships with patients.
• Certification or training in dental assisting or dental office management is a plus.
