We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee production activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor builder schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Assist in the planning and implementation of production processes
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including materials used, labor hours, and equipment performance
- Assist customers in scheduling warranty work
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process and implement solutions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or equivalent environment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations to coordinate with warehouse team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
