Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our medical office team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating patient treatment plans. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office administration, possess strong communication skills, and be familiar with medical terminology.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and checking them in
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical records system
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Proficient in medical scheduling and administrative support tasks
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, such as eClinicalWorks
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Understanding of medical terminology is a plus

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $41,850.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
