ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCollaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to prioritize orders, address delays, and ensure timely completion of components.
Maintain adherence to quality standards for all products.Demonstrate good documentation practices for quality records and controlled documents.
Identify and handle non-conforming parts, promptly reporting issues to supervision.Conduct thorough inspections to uphold quality standards, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
Manage inventory by issuing and pulling required components, ensuring accurate counts and organization.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, labeling priorities for efficient workflow.
Ensure adequate production line supply and guide component flow.Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Prioritize safety in all tasks and adhere to established protocols.Utilize dispatch reports, shop order prints to prioritize tasks and manage component inventory effectively.
Apply lean manufacturing principles as trained or directed.Adhere to recycling protocols for proper disposal.Additional Essential FunctionsPerforms additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
