Plan Design Coordinator works closely with clients to design group health, dental and/or life insurance plans to create an overall benefit package. Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Coordinator ensures that plan meets appropriate internal, as well as legislative guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Plan Design Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Coordinator works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     Day in the Life

    • Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and assist them in booking in-home consultations.
    • Qualify leads, schedule design consultation appointments, and effectively promote products and services.
    • Manage marketing projects, including analyzing digital and print materials.
    • Track open leads, report close rates, and continuously improve reporting methodologies.
    • Support the Costco roadshow program, with the potential to become the lead roadshow staff member.
    • Maintain a professional image of the showroom, office, and displays through weekly light cleaning.

    Qualifications

    • 2 years experience in an office environment. 
    • Proficient with Microsoft OS and adept with CRMs and vendor quoting sites.
    • Communicative, excited to greet customers, and excellent with all forms of communication.
    • Detail-oriented, driven, direct, and independent. 
    • Works at a fast pace, following processes, with resilience under pressure. 
    • Maintains a high level of integrity in adherence to policies, procedures, and professional conduct.
