Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Coordinator ensures that plan meets appropriate internal, as well as legislative guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Plan Design Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Coordinator works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing department and representing Pennybyrn throughout the sales and decision-making process for prospective residents within our Independent Living community. The Life Plan Advisor will identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, cultivate relationships with prospective residents, sell the community lifestyle from initial lead through closing, and achieve sales, reservation, and occupancy goals while professionally representing the organization’s mission and values. This position’s pay structure is salary plus commissions.
