Pennybyrn has an opportunity for a Life Plan Advisor to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing department and representing Pennybyrn throughout the sales and decision-making process for prospective residents within our Independent Living community. The Life Plan Advisor will identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, cultivate relationships with prospective residents, sell the community lifestyle from initial lead through closing, and achieve sales, reservation, and occupancy goals while professionally representing the organization’s mission and values. This position’s pay structure is salary plus commissions.

This opportunity is open to Sales professionals with 2 years’ experience in a related Sales role (senior living, real estate, healthcare, financial, etc.), and demonstrated and quantifiable history of successful sales in conceptual, tangible, and situational relationship areas. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  
• 2 years of experience in a related Sales role, preferably Senior Living.
  
• Proven and successful sales ability and superior service
  
• Customer Service and/or Marketing experience
  
• Knowledge and experience with CRM technology and Microsoft Office
  
• Awareness and ability to understand prospective resident challenges concerning lifestyle changes, housing, whole person needs, aging-in-place, family dynamics and concerns, various levels of cognitive and physical ability, etc.
  
• Adopt and demonstrate Pennybyrn's unique sales approach in combining an aggressive sales-directed mind with a compassionate, willing heart.
  
  
  
• Superior oral and written communication, including public speaking and virtual technology
  
• Ability to commit to and advocate for Pennybyrn’s mission, values, and vision.
