    The Oregon State Hospital (OSH) is seeking a new Treatment Care Plan Specialist with experience in coordination treatment care plans, content monitoring treatment care plans, quality assurance and data analysis, and risk management.
    The work you perform as Treatment Care Plan Specialist will directly influence the safety of patients and staff of OSH and allow us to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in which to treat our patients, promote recovery, and reintegration back to the community.

    The Oregon State Hospital (OSH) is a psychiatric hospital under the direction of the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) that inspires hope, promotes safety, and supports recovery. OSH employs over 2,000 FTE and serves over 600 patients each day on two campuses. OSH provides therapeutic, evidence-based, patient-centered treatment focusing on patient recovery and community reintegration.
    Work Location: Oregon State Hospital, Salem, Onsite, and this position is supporting a 24/7 facility. (LF3, after trial service option for 4/10 OR 1 telecommute day/ week)

    What you will do!
    This position is a clinical position to assist IDT’s in developing, implementing and evaluating patient centered treatment. The TCP Specialist is a core member of the treatment team who shall perform the following key functions; coordination of all IDT meetings, facilitate the development of TCPs, and integration of all aspects of patient care into the TCP including Behavior Support Plans, Emergency Treatment Care Plans, STARTs, and other key assessments.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    Minimum Qualifications
    A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years' experience coordinating or administering a program.
    OR
    Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
    Desired Attributes

    • Experience in writing reports and or treatment care plans.
    • Knowledge about hospital policies, procedures, and standards in a hospital and or psychiatric setting.
