Looking for interior design procurement specialist to work with a small interior design

studio. This role leads in developing relationships with vendors and shipping companies

to make the procurement, delivery and installation process seamless.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering furniture, accessories, rugs and samples for project (Completing purchase

orders from information given by designers) .

• Tracking packages and orders

• Maintaining and updating Status Sheet weekly

• Scheduling deliveries to project sites

• Scheduling and coordinating installations (Providing designers with check list of

items and schedule for delivery times)

• Coordinating with receiver on items that have arrived.

• Returns for damaged and defective items

• Setting up new vendor accounts

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

• Must submit Resume and/or letters of recommendation

This is a hybrid working position with flexible hours.

• 10-15 hours a week

• Pay negotiable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
