Plan Design Specialist works closely with clients to design group health, dental and/or life insurance plans to create an overall benefit package. Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Specialist monitors and analyzes cost trends. May handle more complex plan design. Additionally, Plan Design Specialist requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We are seeking individuals who already have experience preforming sewing alterations on wedding gowns, dance dresses, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride dresses, and other formal dresses.
We are looking for friendly and professional people who strive to provide top quality work.
Responsibilities include: sewing alterations on formal gowns and dresses, assisting customers, performing fittings, answering the phone, and scheduling appointments. Professional wedding gown alteration experience is preferred. Some training will be provided but basic sewing and alterations knowledge and skills are absolutely necessary. Quality is an absolute must. We are looking for motivated people who will maintain our level of excellence.
