Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Specialist monitors and analyzes cost trends. May handle more complex plan design. Additionally, Plan Design Specialist requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL TUFF SHED SELLING CENTER DESIGN SPECIALIST? Positioned at a single THD selling center, sell Tuff Shed buildings to THD customers, responding to inquiries in a timely manner Generating, tracking, and reporting new customer leads to obtain customer’s commitment to purchase Work with direct management to align with Tuff Shed’s service agreement with THD to actively engage in sales activities Maintain and update customer interactions and next steps using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Plans, coordinates, and executes weekend events in THD stores on a regular basis Participates in THD market events and training forums HOW DOES IT WORK? Tuff Shed's Partnership with Home Depot Tuff Shed has an agreement with Home Depot (HD). As a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS), you will be the liaison between HD, its customers, and Tuff Shed. You will work directly with the HD Store and its Associates onsite, answering questions about Tuff Shed and assisting in making sales. Receiving Sales Leads The SDCS also receives sales leads from a number of sources, including the Tuff Shed National Call Center, HD, and from customers directly. Additionally, you will participate in weekend events with the opportunity to showcase and sell our products.
