Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Actively contributing to brainstorming sessions. This means not only seeking new and creative ways to tell the stories behind our awesome people, but also celebrating our innovative products and how they perform our in the world.
• Embracing a team player mindset by processing and providing feedback in a thoughtful meaningful way.
• Working in tandem with the Brand Manager to build brand equity and create visual assets that will strategically help the team to achieve their overall goals.
• The ability and agility to prioritize tasks according to the daily needs of the organization.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to express and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• A high level of creativity, originality, and attention to detail to multimedia content creation.
• Keen project management skills, why, because no one wants to be micromanaged. If you can manage multiple projects concurrently, ensure timely delivery, and meet project objectives, you will be sure to succeed in this role. Follow up skills and collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback is also an important part of this position.

Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, visual arts, or related field, along with 3 years of proven industry experience is required with a concentration in video creation/production, accompanied by a captivating portfolio showcasing the work you are most proud of.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Knowledge of PowerPoint and 3D modeling and animation tools is a plus. Bonus points for a basic understanding of UI/UX and web design principles.
• Proven ability to understand operation of a file server, file hierarchy organization and related software and all maintenance.
