Lead Generation Specialist

We're seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key role in identifying and cultivating leads within our target markets (homeowners, designers, architects, builders in the Greenwich/Westchester County area). Through outbound calling, market research, and collaboration with the rest of the sales team, you'll generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads ready to move further in the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients within our target markets.
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to nurture leads and build relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities within our CRM system (Salesforce based system).
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in B2B sales or a related field (experience in the design industry a plus).
• Proven track record of exceeding lead generation goals.
• Strong outbound calling and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Understanding of inside sales techniques and business development strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
