We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements based on their preferences and budget
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers using artistic techniques
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Ensure that all floral products are properly cared for and stored to maintain freshness and quality
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and handling customer inquiries or concerns
- Operate cash register for sales transactions and handle cash handling duties accurately
- Assist with stock management, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the floral department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in floral design required
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and creativity
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
