We are seeking a Sales Clerk and housekeeper to join our team. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing cabins and doing laundry. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Upsell products and promote special offers or promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
