Planner/Scheduler - Construction jobs in Anaheim, CA

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Construction Foreman. The Foreman would need to be able to plan, layout, and have understanding of all construction trades.

The ideal candidate would be a team player, able to work independently, as well as able to work with high attention to detail in a safe manner.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Ability to prepare project takeoffs for material and labor.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Perform general construction tasks.
• Must understand basic construction principles and ability to problem solve.
• Create employee schedules
• Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications include, but not limited to :

• Minimum 3 years as a construction Foreman
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans
• Foreman training or certification is preferred
• Deep understanding of all construction trades
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
