    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. They will coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, implement safety protocols, and maintain clear communication with clients and team members. While primarily based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, some remote work is acceptable for this role.

    Qualifications

    • MUST have past NASCLA exam
    • Experience in multifamily exterior construction a plus
    • Demonstrated expertise in exterior painting, roofing, roof coatings, metal work, and siding and trim repair
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively coordinate with subcontractors and manage schedules
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement safety protocols
    • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience supervising construction teams

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $91,029.00 - $120,000.00 per year
